STANDARD RATE:  $795.00 AUD  

Please note that:

1) no GST has been charged as part of the registration fee as Gantthead is not required to register for GST within Australia
2) that registration is accepted and confirmed only after receiving the completed online registration form and full payment 
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS  
Registration

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration form and full payment. The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines listed below. The workshop registration fees include: name badge; soft copy of slides, coffee breaks, lunch and copy of "Benefits Managements Best Practice Guidance" and an All Access Pass to Gantthead.
 
Payment

After submission of this registration form you will receive an official invoice by email to the email address specified above along with full instruction for payment by bank transfer or by credit card (i.e. Mastercard, VISA or American Express). No other forms of payment (e.g. Bank drafts and cheques) will be accepted.  Please note that full payment must be received in full at least 14 days prior to the event (or by Early Bird closing date to claim Early Bird discount). 

As Gantthead is not registered for GST then the invoice will be zero-rated for GST.  However should it subsequently be discovered that GST or any other local taxes should have been applied to your invoice you hereby accept liability for such payments.
 
Bank Transfer

Bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly quote the invoice number as issued by Gantthead as part of the registration process.  You will be supplied with full details for making payment by bank transfer as part of the registration confirmation process.
 
Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated to the Event Adminstrator by e-mail to anzsa@botevents.com and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations received no later than 30 days before date of event
Refund of registration fee minus an administrative charge of 20%. All refunds will be processed after the event has taken place.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before event
No refund will be made.
 
Name Change

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the Event Administrator by e-mail to anzsa@botevents.com at least 48 hours before the event. However, we cannot change the invoice or make any other changes. Substitutions after this period will only be permitted at the discretion of the Event Administrator.
 
Disclaimer

The event organisers, presenters or sponsors cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Should, for any reason outside the organisers' control (acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action) the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, the organisers will endeavour to re-schedule, but shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by registrants.
